Notice of specification change of metal fittings for pearl necklace and hook earrings

We have changed the specification of earrings and necklace fittings to reflect the feedback we received from our customers.

A set of hook earrings and a catch for post earrings

Old Specs

Previously, the hook type earrings shown on the left in the photo were delivered as a set with a resin catch. We have received feedback that "resin catches are easy to lose, and without a catch, the earrings tend to fall off.

In response to the above feedback, we will be changing to a right-hand post and a catch that does not easily fall off from today's shipment onward. We will also change the catch of the post earrings to this type in order to deliver them to you.

Material: Old 14kgf → New Surgical Stainless Steel

We will change the metal fittings free of charge for customers who are using products with the old specifications.

Old specification

The wire had been connected directly to a round can, but there have been several cases where the metal fittings have come off, so we have changed the specification to connect the wire with reinforcing metal fittings.

(Some customers have already been repaired with the new specification.)
