A Heart I Still Love, Five Years Later

About five years ago, I created a piece called Scribble Heart.

It isn’t a new design.

But recently, I found myself looking at it again and thinking,
“I still really love this design.”

The inspiration for Scribble Heart came from a simple, everyday gesture —
drawing a heart with your finger on a smartphone screen.

Rather than a perfectly shaped heart,
it has a slightly uneven, relaxed outline.

I love heart motifs,
but something overly sweet or cute doesn’t always feel quite right.

Scribble Heart was created for adults who feel the same way —
a heart you can wear effortlessly, without it feeling too precious.

With a white T-shirt, a simple shirt,
or the clothes you wear every day.

I hope you’ll reach for it on days when you want to add
just a little sense of playfulness.

This time, I wrote about the story behind Scribble Heart on the blog —
and why, even after five years,
it still feels like a design worth keeping.

Thank you so much for reading.
